Goal is to get the current stable version of Twitter Bootstrap vanilla in line with the style of Wayne State University.
- Set up basic branding colors
- Change base template to include WSU header / footer
- Update documentation for WSU specific information
- Update template section of documentation with useful WSU application layout examples
