Goal is to get the current stable version of Twitter Bootstrap vanilla in line with the style of Wayne State University.

• Set up basic branding colors
• Change base template to include WSU header / footer
• Update documentation for WSU specific information
• Update template section of documentation with useful WSU application layout examples
