Fonts not found in documentation
Currently, all of the glyphicon fonts 404 in the documentation build due to bad path scheme.
Since it is pointing to the 'correct' path, it seems that the right thing to do is to create a new gulp task to copy over the dist folder immediately before building/serving the documentation.
